1. This Procedure determines the procedure and conditions of accession of construction objects or the existing objects to networks of centralized water supply and/or centralized water disposal.
2. Requirements of this Procedure extend to physical persons and subjects of managing who intend to attach construction object or the existing object to networks of centralized water supply and/or centralized water disposal, and the subjects of managing performing economic activity in the field of centralized water supply and/or centralized water disposal.
3. In this Procedure terms are used in the following sense:
the contractor - the subject of managing performing operation of networks of centralized water supply and/or centralized water disposal.
the contract for accession - the arrangement between the contractor and the customer which determines their legal relationship in case of accomplishment of service in accession and consists according to requirements of this Procedure;
the customer - physical person or legal entity, or physical person entrepreneur who based on the relevant agreement orders service in accession from the contractor;
border of property accessory - the line of distribution of elements of networks of centralized water supply and/or centralized water disposal between the contractor and the customer;
network of water disposal of the customer - set of objects of collection and removal of the sewage which is in property and/or in use of the customer;
