Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 27, 2008 No. 795 "About approval of Rules of representation by the foreign investor or group of persons which the foreign investor, and other persons of information, the stipulated in Article 14 Federal Laws "About Procedure of Foreign Investments in the Economic Societies Having Strategic Importance for Ensuring Defense of the Country and Safety of the State" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 44, of Art. 5097 enters; 2016, No. 19, Art. 2703; 2018, No. 50, Art. 7769; 2022, No. 48, Art. 8472; 2023, No. 14, Art. 2456):

a) in Items 2 and 3 of the word "in the federal executive body authorized on accomplishment of functions on control of implementation of foreign investments in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "in Federal Antimonopoly Service";

b) in Rules of representation by the foreign investor or group of persons which the foreign investor, and other persons of information, the stipulated in Article 14 Federal Laws "About Procedure of Foreign Investments in the Economic Societies Having Strategic Importance for Ensuring Defense of the Country and Safety of the State" approved by the specified resolution enters:
