About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2022 No. 9
Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2022 No. 9 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures in the field of protection of atmospheric air" the following changes:
1.1. from word preamble", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503," to exclude;
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.7.1 "Receipt of the certificate on the confirmation of origin of energy" approved by this resolution:
to exclude from subitem 1.3.2 of Item 1 of the word "and individual entrepreneurs";
to add part one of Item 2 with line item of the following content:

"the document confirming payment of the state fee for issue of the certificate on confirmation of origin of energy (except for case of payment of the state fee by means of payment system in single settlement and information space) |
shall conform to the requirements determined in Item 6 of article 287 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus"; |

shall be replaced with words the words "service fee" "state fee";
