About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2025 No. 54

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2025 No. 54 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures and establishment of separate document forms" the following changes:
1.1. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 2.6.1 "Registration of the legal entity as the center of support of entrepreneurship (the basic center of support of entrepreneurship) with receipt of the registration certificate of the legal entity as the center of support of entrepreneurship (the basic center of support of entrepreneurship) and its inclusion in the Register of the centers of support of entrepreneurship", approved by this resolution:
in Item 2:
in subitem 2.1:
in the column "Name of the Document and (or) Data" the word "education)" shall be replaced with words "education) (except as specified when the education document is issued by organizations of formation of the Republic of Belarus after January 1, 2026)";
add the subitem with part of the following content:
