About entering of amendments into the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 28, 2025 No. 120

Bring in appendix 1 to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 28, 2025 No. 120 "About Rules of establishment of the size of subscription bonus and bonus of commercial detection and the Procedure for the conclusion of the agreement use of natural resources" the following amendments:

- add with Item 4-1 of the following content:

- to add the note to Item 9 with items 4 and 5 following contents:

"4. The amount of subscription bonus determined based on paragraph one of Item 9, is paid at the rate 4 percent from the actual amount of production.

5. Subjects of production of crude oil, gas condensate and natural gas shall in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and authorized state body in the field of geology to bring current agreements about use of natural resources into accord with provisions of these rules.".
