In Regulations on the procedure for issue of car driver licenses and the admission of citizens to control of vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 8, 1993 No. 340 (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 10, Art. 211; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 39, Art. 1311; 2013, No. 68, Art. 2491; 2015, No. 90, Art. 3041; 2017, No. 96, Art. 2925; 2019, No. 32, Art. 1152, No. 94, Art. 3110; 2021, No. 17, Art. 674):

"In case of loss of the car driver license as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine persons recognized as the victims and to which property damage as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine is caused for exemption for administrative service in issue of the car driver license instead of lost and releases from cost recovery of the form of the car driver license together with the statement for loss of the car driver license as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine file the document issued by body of pre-judicial investigation on recognition by the victim within the corresponding criminal proceedings.".
