This Law makes changes and additions to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About law-enforcement bodies", "About security activities", directed to accurate determination of powers of the subjects performing security activities.
This Law is sent to enhancement of state policy in the field of security activities, and also further increase in efficiency of protection of property of physical persons and legal entities and other objects from encroachments.
