I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2021 No. 508 "About approval of rules of management of utility waste" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 26341) the amendment following:

in the Rules of management of utility waste approved by the specified order:

7) energy waste recycling is understood as process of heat treatment of waste for the purpose of reduction of their amount and receipt of energy, including their use as secondary and (or) energy resources, except for receipts of biogas and other fuel from organic waste.";

add with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. the organizations performing collection and transportation of waste from centralized systems of collection of MSW provide the specialized software or other digital tool intended for confirmation of quality of rendering (accomplishment) of services in collection and transportation of MSW in digital format in real time.";

3) of Item 26 to add the subitem with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Putting into operation of object of energy waste recycling is the basis for the conclusion of separate contracts for collection, delivery and energy waste recycling according to requirements of these rules regarding ensuring the guaranteed supply of municipal solid waste to object of energy waste recycling.";
