Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 7, 2011 No. 416-FZ "About water supply and water disposal" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 50, Art. 7358; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7616, 7643; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2330; 2014, No. 42, Art. 5615; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6723; 2016, No. 1, Art. 24; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4774; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; 2022, No. 5, Art. 679; 2023, No. 25, Art. 4429; 2024, No. 1, Art. 3; No. 33, Art. 4928; 2025, No. 52, Art. 8363) following changes:

Part 1 of Article 4 to add 1) with Item 18.4 of the following content:

"18. 4) approval of procedure for investigation of the reasons of the emergencies arising on centralized systems of water supply and (or) water disposal;";

2) in Article 5:

a) add part 1 with Item 10.4 of the following content:

"10. 4) participation in investigation of the reasons of the emergencies arising on centralized systems of water supply and (or) water disposal;";

b) regarding 2 words "8 and 9" shall be replaced with words "8, 9 and 10.4";

Item 1 of part 1 of Article 21 to state 3) in the following edition:

"1) because of emergency on centralized systems of water supply and (or) water disposal and (or) elimination of effects of the emergency which arose on centralized systems of water supply and (or) water disposal;".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2027.
