About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Experimental Legal Regimes in the field of Digital and Technological Innovations in the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 258-FZ "About experimental legal regimes in the field of digital and technological innovations in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 31, Art. 5017; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5159; 2024, No. 29, Art. 4098; No. 33, Art. 4919; No. 53, Art. 8533; 2025, No. 31, Art. 4690) following changes:

1) in Item 5 of part 1 of Article 2 the word "regulation" shall be replaced with words "regulation of the relations which are not provided by general regulation or";

Item 6 of article 3 after the word "enhancement" to add 2) with the words "or development";

3) Item 1 of part 1 of article 6 after words of "Federal Law" to add with the words "is absent or";

Shall be replaced with words 4) regarding 1 Article 7 of the word "three years" "five years";

5) in part 5 of Article 10:

a) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3) provisions (requirements, instructions, prohibitions, restrictions) of separate acts of general regulation which are not subject to application, or specifying on lack of the acts of general regulation concerning the relations in the field of digital and technological innovations in the directions of development, approbation and implementation of digital and technological innovations provided by part 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law;";

b) add with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) provisions which observance is obligatory according to the program of experimental legal regime if such provisions are not provided by acts of general regulation or differ from them;";
