1) in Article 5.2:
a) state part 15 in the following edition:
"15. The organizer of gamblings shall refuse to physical person, information on which is included in the list of the physical persons who refused participation in gamblings, in access to gambling institution and also to its personal account on the official site of the organizer of gamblings on the Internet which is used for acceptance of interactive rates. Personal account of the participant of gambling on the official site of the organizer of gamblings on the Internet which is used for acceptance of interactive rates is the information resource belonging to the organizer of gamblings in bookmaker offices or totalizators and posted on the official site of the organizer of gamblings of the corresponding type on the Internet, access to which is provided to the physical person - the participant of gambling on condition of passing of authorization by it and which is used for acceptance of interactive rates.";
