Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 21, 2014 No. 206-FZ "About quarantine of plants" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 30, Art. 4207; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4339; 2018, No. 18, Art. 2571; 2020, No. 29, Art. 4504; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; 2024, No. 1, Art. 31, 33; No. 29, Art. 4096; No. 46, Art. 6904; 2025, No. 31, Art. 4700) following changes:

Part 1 of Article 5 to add 1) with Item 14.3 of the following content:

"14. 3) implementation of traceability of batches of quarantine products according to the acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation;";

Item 3 of part 3 of Article 5.2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3) about the quarantine products imported on the territory of the Russian Federation according to the acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union including the preliminary information provided by participants of foreign economic activity in customs authorities;";

To exclude 3) in item 4 of part 3 of Article 28 of the word "and other actions provided by part 3 of article 8 of this Federal Law";

Part 1 of Article 32 to add 4) with Item 9.1 of the following content:

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2027.
