About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning separate types of modules of LED (LED)

1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.93 of the following content:

The modules LED (LED) classified by code 8539 51 900 1 of the CN FEA EEU, intended for production of lamps of LED (LED) and imported into the Republic of Belarus in total volume no more than 38 000 000 pieces to the Republic of Kazakhstan in total volume no more than 30 000 000 pieces and to the Kyrgyz Republic in total volume no more than 23 000 000 pieces.

The specified tariff privilege is provided in the presence of the document issued by authorized body of the executive authority of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Kyrgyz Republic respectively, confirming purpose of goods according to paragraph one of this subitem and containing data on the nomenclature and quantity of such goods (in kilograms and pieces), and also about the organizations performing their import.
