About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Defense"

Bring in the Federal Law of May 31, 1996 No. 61-FZ "About defense" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 23, of the Art. 2750) of change, having added with its Articles 10.3 and 10.4 of the following content:

"Article 10.3. Safety of the military facilities located in the closed military camps of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation

1. For the purpose of safety of the military facilities located in the closed military camps of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation the specific mode of ensuring their functioning (further - particular treatment) including can be set:

1) establishment of the throughput and inside modes, including establishment of controlled areas within the closed military camp of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (further - the closed military camp);

2) restrictions for entrance of physical persons for the territory of the closed military camp and residence (stay) of physical persons in the closed military camp, the restrictions of property rights for real estate in the closed military camp following from the restrictions connected with providing particular treatment;

3) restrictions of movement of vehicles of physical persons or legal entities, physical persons on the territory of the closed military camp, in the conservation zone of military facility and (or) special zone established in connection with placement of military facility (further respectively - the conservation zone, special zone);

4) determination of the list of things (loads) prohibited to bringing (transportation) on the territory of the closed military camp to the conservation zone and (or) special zone;
