The notice on holding open tender is posted on the official site of the organizer of open tender on the Internet, electronic platform which operator is included in the list of operators of electronic platforms approved by the Government of the Russian Federation according to the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contractual system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" (further - electronic platform), according to the procedure, established by the organizer of open tender.";
