About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban (moratorium) on conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of March 14, 2026 No. 113
For the purpose of protection of life and health of the population, ensuring food safety, according to Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban (moratorium) on conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of March 14, 2026 No. 113 the following change:
- add Item 1 with the subitem 10 of the following content:
"10) authorized body in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population concerning compliance with law in the field of food safety.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
