2. Determine that the restriction specified in Item 1 of this resolution does not extend to Kyrgyzkomur open joint stock company when implementing export of the coal classified by codes 2701 and 2702 of the CN FEA EEU, road transport through check points on Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days before the date of entry into force of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days before the date of entry into force of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
5. To the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.
6. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of transportation of coal" of December 3, 2025 No. 777.
