1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on release and the circulation of bonds in the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 14, 2026 No. 178 the following changes:

in Regulations on the release and the circulation of bonds in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 136 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Requirements of this Item do not extend to state bodies and producers of gold with 100 (сто) percentage state participation which have the right to perform storage of gold in own storages.";

- in Item of 161 figures" to replace "0," with figures of "0,01".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
