Regarding the 2nd article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Tajikistan" of January 2, 2018 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2018, No. 1, the Art. 3, No. 5, Art. 276; 2025, 893) words "buildings and apartment houses" shall be replaced with words Art. No. 11-12, "residential buildings and rooms", after words "legitimate heirs" to add with the words "or acquisitions of residential buildings and placements on the territories, determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".
