About introduction change and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2025"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2025" of December 7, 2024 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2024, No. 12, Art. 786; 2025, No. 2, Art. 125; Art. No. 3-4, 242) following changes and amendment:
1. To exclude part 3 of Article 19, and respectively to consider parts 4-12 parts 3-11.
2. Add with article 20-1 of the following content:
"Article 20-1. Regulations on the periods of payments for the account of means of the special account
1. Obligatory payments for the account of special means of state-financed organizations in republican and local budgets, and also introduction of funds for the special account of additional financial provisions for financing of construction of the important state objects provided by articles 19 and 20 of this Law are performed monthly to the 10th following reporting.
2. In case of failure to pay at the scheduled time of the means provided by this Article, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and its local authorities by carrying out internal transactions automatically list them from the special account of state-financed organizations and local budgets on the relevant budget and the account.".
3. Regarding 3rd Article 24 of the word "the separate settlement account opened in Head department of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "this settlement account in Head department of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "separate accumulation account of the government budget in the State unitary enterprise "Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan of Amonatbonk.
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
