About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About ecological formation of the population"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About ecological formation of the population" of December 29, 2010 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 832; 2025, Art. No. 6-10, 639) following changes and amendment:
1. In Article 8:
- in part 1:
- in paragraph one of the word "preschool ecological education and education" shall be replaced with words "ecological education in step of preschool education";
- in paragraphs the second, third, the fourth, fifth and sixth to "system" to replace the word with the word "steps";
- in paragraph seven of the word "in system of vocational and additional education" shall be replaced with words "in step of additional, vocational education and education for adults".
- in part 2 "links" shall be replaced with words the word "education steps".
2. To state part 2 of Article 9 in the following edition:
"2. Ecological education in the Republic of Tajikistan is performed according to the state programs developed by authorized state body according to requirements of state standards.".
3. Paragraphs third, the sixth and the seventh Article 11 to exclude.
4. Add with article 11-1 of the following content:
"Article 11-1. Powers of authorized state body in the field of ecological formation of the population
In the field of ecological formation of the population is included into power of authorized state body:
- development and representation to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of the state comprehensive programs of ecological education and other target and industry programs;
- implementation of the state comprehensive programs of ecological education and other target and industry programs;
