Article 1. Bring in the Code of health care of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 30, 2017 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 270; 2021, No. 1 - 2, Art. 12; 2024, No. 1-2 of Art. 17; 2025, Art. No. 11-12, 882, Art. 883) following changes:
1. The fourth Article 16 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-other sources of financing which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
2. In the name of Chapter 5 of the word "Licensing, Issue of Allowing Documents" shall be replaced with words "Issue of documents of allowing nature".
3. State Article 20 in the following edition:
"Article 20. Documents of allowing nature in the field of medical and pharmaceutical activities
Issue of documents of allowing nature in the field of medical and pharmaceutical activities is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system".
4. Exclude Article 21.
5. Regarding 3rd Article 79 of the word "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" shall be replaced with words "About authorization system".
6. In the text of Article 121 of the word "About Medicines and Pharmaceutical Activities" shall be replaced with words "About medicine, medical goods and pharmaceutical activities".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
