Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About scientific activities and the state scientific and technical policy" of March 18, 2015 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 3, Art. 219; 2018, No. 5, Art. 281; 2019, No. 7, Art. 469; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 712) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
- word in paragraph three of "the scientific organization or educational institution of professional education" shall be replaced with words "the scientific organization, educational institutions of secondary professional education, higher education and postgraduate professional education";
- the twenty fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-competition – the individual form of training of research associates of the top skills on the job performed out of postgraduate study and doctoral studies for the purpose of receipt of academic degree of the candidate of science or the doctor of science;".
2. In Articles 3, of 5, of 13, of 17, of 20, the 23 and 25 words "Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan", "Academies of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan", "Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan" and Academy of Sciences respectively shall be replaced with words "National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan", "National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan", "National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan" and "National academy of Sciences".
3. In Articles 1, of 6, to replace the 11 and 18 words of "scientific theses" with the word of "theses".
