The rules of limiting approval of rate for electrical energy and limiting rate for service in maintenance of readiness of electric power approved by the specified order:
add with Item 11-2 of the following content:
"11-2. The authorized body in case of limiting determination of rate for electrical energy for the seven-year period, and also in case of limiting adjustment of rate for electrical energy the next years according to Items 11 and 11-1 of these rules, before approval of limiting corresponding changes of rates for electrical energy sends them for consideration of State commission concerning upgrade of economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the Regulations on State commission concerning upgrade of economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 13, 2007 No. 314.".
2. To provide to development department of power industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
