About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the prevention of corruption in the field of construction, architecture and housing and communal services

For the purpose of realization of anti-corruption policy, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 22, 2025 No. 221 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 18 with subitems 17-1, 17-2 of the following content:

"17-1) bears the personal responsibility for realization of anti-corruption actions;

17-2) establishes payment terms of work of employees of subordinated divisions, their territorial administrations, branches and representations, including frequency rate coefficients to official pay rates, the sizes of interest rates of compensation of price-work hired employees and payment procedure of the remunerations and other stimulating payments functioning on the principles of self-financing;";

2) in Regulations on Department of State Architectural and Construction Control under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 15 with the subitem 27 of the following content:

"27) bears the personal responsibility for realization of anti-corruption actions.";

3) in Regulations on Department of construction engineering construction under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 15 with the subitem 26 of the following content:
