Article 1. 1. State Article 9 in the following edition:

"Article 9. Competence of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of provision of pensions

In the field of provision of pensions is within the competence of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- implementation of state policy in the field of provision of pensions;

- approval of forecasts, concepts, strategy and programs in the field of provision of pensions;

- determination of authorized state body in the field of provision of pensions;

- implementation of other powers, stipulated by the legislation Republic of Tajikistan.".
