About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About social servicing"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About social servicing" of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 2, Art. 24; 2023, No. 11, Art. 471) following changes and amendments:

1. To state preamble of the Law in the following edition:

"This Law determines legal, organizational and economic basis of social servicing of the population.".

2. Article in paragraph one 4, shall be replaced with words parts 3 of Article 5 and part 1 of Article 6 of the word of "local self-government" "self-government of settlements and villages".

3. Add with article 21-1 of the following content:

"Article 21-1. Competence of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of social servicing

In the field of social servicing is within the competence of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- conducting state policy in the field of social servicing;

- determination of authorized state body in the field of social servicing;

- approval of forecasts, concepts, strategy and state programs in the field of social servicing;

- determination of procedure for social servicing, types and list of social services;

- implementation of other powers, stipulated by the legislation Republic of Tajikistan.".

4. In Article 22:

- to exclude from paragraph one of the word "development and";
