Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About safety of foodstuff" of August 1, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 8, Art. 827; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 701; 2022, No. 6, Art. 350) following changes and amendments:
1. Article 16 in paragraph one to replace the word "development" with the word "maintaining".
2. In part 9 of Article 36 the word "transportations" to replace with the word "transportation" and after words "their owner" to add with the words "in non-cash form".
3. To add the name of article 39 after the word "violation" with the word of "requirements".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
