Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About self-government institutions of settlements and villages" of August 5, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 7-8, of Art. 503; 2012, No. 4, Art. 277, No. 8, Art. 833; 2015, No. 11, Art. 964; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 288; 2019, Art. No. 4-5, 226) following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 6 with part 3 following of content:

"3. Self-government institutions of settlements and villages can represent offers to state bodies and structures, officials and other organizations for the solution of social, economic and cultural problems of local value.".

2. Add Article 10 with the paragraph the eleventh the following content:

"-will organize reception of citizens and considers their addresses;".

3. Add Article 11 with paragraphs the sixth and seventh the following content:

"-collection and the analysis of statistical data on social and economic development of settlements and villages;

- assistance to investment attraction for program implementation of social and economic development of settlements and villages;".

4. In Article 13:

- word in paragraph three "health protection and environment protection" shall be replaced with words "to health protection, environment protection and control of sanitary condition;";

- add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"-assistance of program implementation on social protection of vulnerable national groups;".

5. In the paragraph the second Article 13 and the paragraph the eighth Article 23 of the word of "traditions, celebrations and ceremonies" shall be replaced with words "celebrations and ceremonies".
