About privileges to public organizations of disabled people and to their members

For the purpose of ensuring the state support of disabled people in Turkmenistan I decide:

1. Exempt disabled people of the I group on sight from license fee for phone and establish 50 percent discount to disabled people of the II group on sight.

2. Exempt public organizations of disabled people, their companies and organization from assignments on the national social insurance, and also from payment of duties, including duties on registration of these organizations (except customs duties and charges).

3. To perform financing of the Central sports club of disabled people and its branches at the expense of means of the Centralized budget of Turkmenistan.

4. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan:

to annually provide in the Centralized budget of Turkmenistan assignments for surplus of current assets to the Central board of the Turkmen society of blind people and deafs;

provide allocation from the Centralized budget of Turkmenistan of necessary funds for providing the privileges established by Items 1 and 2 of this Decree.

5. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of Turkmenistan from 11 Nowruz of 1993 No. 775 "About additional benefits to public organizations of disabled people and their members" (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 1993, No. 3, the Art. 1088).
