1. In heading of the word "or extrabudgetary public funds" shall be replaced with words "extrabudgetary public funds or the state legal entities".

2. Under Article 308-1.1:

2.1. in disposition of the word "or extrabudgetary public funds" shall be replaced with words "extrabudgetary public funds or the state legal entities";
