In recent years in our country number of the measures directed to environmental protection, ensuring compliance with the legislation in case of control of ecological safety consistently is implemented.

At the same time along with control of ecological situation, improvement of health of the population, economy and rational use of natural resources, ensuring ecological stability there is need of enhancement of system of the state environmental control, and also strengthening of measures for the prevention of offenses for this sphere.

This Law makes the changes and additions providing introduction of financial sanctions for making of offenses in the field of ecology, environmental protection and environmental management and also establishment of the administrative responsibility for burning in places and (or) installations unappropriated for this purpose, in greenhouses, production rooms, heating installations or other objects of fuel, substances or mixes of the substances used in fuel quality, tires, bitumen, fuel oil, and also the waste containing similar components in fuel quality.

This Law will serve forming more favorable in the ecological relation and the well-planned habitat for the population, to the prevention of offenses in the field of ecology, environmental protection and environmental management, and also to ensuring compliance with the principle of inevitability of responsibility.
