1. Determine that:
1.1. expense recovery to bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (further – the Ministry of Internal Affairs), the Ministries of Transport and Communications (further – Ministry of Transport), the border service for participation in carrying out obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles is performed by fund of protection of the victims in the road accidents within the amount of penalties credited on the bank account of the Belarusian bureau on transportation insurance (further – the Belarusian bureau) according to the procedure, No. 108 determined by the paragraph the second parts two of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 2025 "About insurance";
1.2. The Belarusian bureau quarterly no later than the 15th following reporting quarter lists to the Republic of Belarus discovered in organizations of banks separate current accounts on accounting of extrabudgetary funds of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Transport, State boundary committee (further – State frontier committee) money in sizes:
The Ministry of Internal Affairs – 60 percent of total amount of the penalties enlisted on the bank account of the Belarusian bureau according to subitem 1.1 of this Item;
To Ministry of Transport – 15 percent of total amount of the penalties enlisted on the bank account of the Belarusian bureau according to subitem 1.1 of this Item;
