About introduction of temporary ban on export of separate types of sulfur from the Russian Federation

According to articles 29 and 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, appendix No. 7 to the specified Agreement, Item 1 of part 2 of article 21 of the Federal law "About Bases of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity" and for the purpose of ensuring food security of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish from July 1 to December 31, 2026 temporary ban on export from the Russian Federation of sulfur liquid, granulated and lump (codes of the CN FEA EEU 2503 00 100 0 and 2503 00 900 0) (further - sulfur).

2. The temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution does not extend:

a) on the sulfur which is taken out from the territory of the Russian Federation to state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also to the Republic of Abkhazia and the Republic South Ossetia;

b) on the sulfur which is exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for rendering the international humanitarian assistance to foreign states based on decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation;

c) on the sulfur which is exported from the territory of the Russian Federation within the international transit carriages which are beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Russian Federation and also on the sulfur moved between parts of the territory of the Russian Federation through the territories of foreign states, and (or) the sulfur moved between parts of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union sea transport without calling foreign port;

d) on the sulfur which is exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring organization activity of the Russian Federation on Svalbard archipelago;
