1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of production supervision of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2027.

Rules of implementation of production supervision of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding)

1. These rules establish procedure legal entities, peasant farms, and also individual entrepreneurs (further - fish-breeding farms) the activities connected with preserving the objects of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding) including which are grown up with use of the cages and (or) other technical means intended for cultivation of objects of aquaculture in artificially created habitat (further - production supervision).

2. Production supervision is exercised on voluntary basis in borders of the fish-breeding site which is in the state-owned or municipal property (further - the fish-breeding site) concerning which the contract of use of the fish-breeding site with fish-breeding economy is signed.

3. Production supervision is exercised by persons who are employees of fish-breeding economy (further - production inspectors).

4. Production supervision is exercised according to these rules and the job description (regulations) of the production inspector approved by fish-breeding economy.
