1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out candidate screen (are appointed) to position of the independent member of the supervisory board and representatives of the state who are elected in structure of the supervisory board of subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2025 No. 1596 "Questions of management of some subjects of managing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 101, Art. 7147; 2026 No. 8, the Art. 686), changes which are applied.
2. Determine that candidate screen to positions of members of the supervisory boards of subjects of managing which began before entry into force of this resolution comes to the end according to Procedure for carrying out candidate screen (are appointed) to position of the independent member of the supervisory board and representatives of the state who are elected in structure of the supervisory board of subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2025 No. 1596, in the edition operating about day of entry into force of this resolution.
