1. Determine in coordination with the Central bank of the Russian Federation that the information access, the accounting (financial) records containing in the state information resource (further - the state information resource), can be limited in the following cases:
a) the organization is included in the summary register of the organizations of defense industry complex provided by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 20, 2004 No. 96 "About the summary register of the organizations of defense industry complex" or has license for activities on development, production, testing, installation, installation, maintenance, repair, utilization and realization of arms and military equipment, development, production, testing, storage, realization and utilization of ammunition (except for the specified activities performed by military units and the organizations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and troops of national guard of the Russian Federation if implementation of the specified activities is provided by their constituent documents) or license for activities on field service of arms and military equipment;
b) the organization is included in the list of the strategic companies and organizations, stipulated in Item 2 articles 190 of the Federal law "About Insolvency (Bankruptcy)";
c) the organization is included in the list of residents provided by part 4.2 of article 19 of the Federal law "About Currency Control and Currency Exchange Control";
