Bring in Regulations on features of import of electrical energy in the conditions of legal regime of the warlike situation in Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 27, 2023 No. 1127 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 99, Art. 5923; 2024, No. 54, the Art. 3187, No. 75, the Art. 4433, No. 108, the Art. 6875), changes which are applied.

1. In the subitem 1 of Item 6:
1) after paragraph one to add the subitem with the new paragraph of the following content:
"In three days from the date of entry into force of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 28, 2026 No. 272 "About modification of the Regulations on features of import of electrical energy in the conditions of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine" and during action of emergency situation of the national level of military and technogenic nature in electric utility systems, but not longer than till March 31, 2026 (inclusive) not to apply measure for forced restriction of electric utility service to not residential customers in whose total amount of consumption of electrical energy in each checkout time the amount of the acquired imported electrical energy makes at least 90 percent of total amount of consumption of electrical energy or at least 60 percent of total amount of consumption of electrical energy are provided at the expense of self-produced to electrical energy with the consumer.".
