According to part two of article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About citizenship of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of the states, citizens (citizens) of which acquire citizenship of Ukraine in the simplified procedure which is applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of June 18, 2025 No. 4502-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring realization of the right to acquisition and preserving citizenship of Ukraine".
