I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2017 No. 445 "About approval of the Charter of service of fire service" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 15422) the following changes and amendments:

"7-1) front note – the document containing data on staff number, availability and degree of readiness of the fire fighting equipment, fire and technical arms and the equipment of forces and means entering into garrison of fire service;";

"6-1. In the central Items of fire communication of territorial garrisons record of telephone and radio negotiations, and also storage of archive of high-capacity negotiations is provided.".

22. Chief of technical service:

possesses information on tactical technical characteristics of the fire fighting equipment which is armed divisions and the regulating documentation on its operation;

directs work of technical service, provides control of execution of garrison and guard duty regarding readiness of the fire fighting equipment, PTV and the equipment, fire extinguishing means for conducting actions for suppression of the fires and carrying out wrecking;

analyzes operation of the fire fighting equipment, develops and performs actions for improvement of its technical condition, including controls carrying out testing of the fire fighting equipment, PTV and the equipment, fire extinguishing means in divisions;

leaves on the road accidents connected with the fire fighting equipment;
