For the purpose of establishment of the legal and organizational mechanisms directed to the prevention of risks of non-recognition of the documents on assessment of conformity issued in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, creating favorable conditions for conducting business activity according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory confirmation of conformity of products in the form of adoption of the declaration of conformity" of January 28, 2019 No. 20 the following changes:

For work on registration of declarations of conformity to requirements of the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union) of single form specified in paragraph one of this Item, authorized accredited bodies on certification shall be provided with experts in certification on these types of products.";

2) in Item 8:

- the paragraph one after words to "Authorized body" to add with words ", to authorized accredited bodies on certification";

- add with the subitem 3 following of content:

"Monthly to provide 3) in the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic as authorized body in the field of technical regulation, data from registers of the registered declarations of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs union) for single forms, and also information on cases of violations of mandatory requirements of safety from applicants.";

To add 3) with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. To authorized accredited bodies on certification to undergo the procedure of accreditation on work on registration of declarations of conformity to requirements of the technical regulations specified in Item 5-1 of this resolution, in national authority on accreditation till September 1, 2027.

In case of non-execution by authorized accredited bodies on certification of requirements of paragraph one of this Item to authorized accredited bodies on certification to stop registration of declarations of conformity to requirements of the technical regulations specified in Item 5-1 of this resolution.";
