About approval of the List of the data carried to the state secret
Based on Item j) article 88 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and article 4 of the Law on the state secret
The president of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:
Art. 1. - Approve on government proposal the List of the data carried to the state secret (is attached).
Art. 2. - Determine that the central industry bodies of public management and other organizations listed in the List of the data carried to the state secret are allocated with powers according to the order the corresponding data within the competence, and also the data of other owners of information on their requirement.
Art. 3. - Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova of N147 of June 5, 1996 about approval of the List of the data carried to the state secret and the bodies of public management and other organizations given authority according to the order these data.
