in Regulations on the procedure for conducting proper check of the client approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 11 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Criteria of average risk are established by financial institutions independently.";
- state Item 19 in the following edition:
"19. Identification and verification of the client - physical person in case of establishment of business relations and implementation of transactions (transactions) by remote method, including when opening the bank account, accounts in financial institutions, and also e-wallet, are performed according to the procedure, established by appendix 5 to this Provision.
