Bring in the Procedure for identification of objects of the increased danger and conducting their accounting, No. 1030 "Some questions of identification of objects of the increased danger" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 13, 2022 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 75, Art. 4554; 2023, No. 67, the Art. 3826), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for identification of objects of the increased danger and conducting their accounting

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Procedure determines the procedure of reference of objects on which installation, storage (the reservoir, vessel) is placed, the pipeline, the machine, the aggregate, processing equipment (equipment), construction or complex of the constructions located within object on the Earth's surface or under it in which it is temporarily or constantly used, processed, made is transported, stored one or several dangerous substances or categories of substances or their mix (further - danger source), to objects of the increased danger of the corresponding class.".

2. In Item 2:
