About entering of amendments into the Law "About Bases of Administration and Administrative Production"

Article 1. No. ZR-41 "About bases of administration and administrative production" (further - the Law) after the words "decision (court resolution)" to add the Item "and" of part 1 of article 49 of the Law of February 18, 2004 with words ", except as specified, provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property acquisition for the purpose of ensuring the priority interests of society" following from legal relationship including the administrative acts considered concerning alienable or aloof property or state registration of the property right of the acquirer on it".

Article 2. In article 74 of the law:

Part 1 to add 1) with the Item of the following content:

"g) in cases when the administrative act about state registration of alienable or aloof property or the property right of the acquirer to it following from the legal relations regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property acquisition for the purpose of providing priority public concerns" is disputed.";

Part 1 after the words "reasons are not required" to add 2) with the words "in case, stipulated in Item this part, and also in cases".

Article 3. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
