About features of privatization of objects of construction in progress
The purpose of this Law are enhancement of the mechanism and acceleration of privatization of objects of construction in progress.
This Law determines features of privatization of the objects of construction in progress which are in state-owned property including the preserved objects, and also at the initiative of bodies, authorized to manage the corresponding state-owned property, the objects of construction in progress containing on balances of the companies not privatizeable (further - objects of construction in progress).
Alienation of the objects of construction in progress which are available in utility property is regulated by provisions of this Law and performed by local government bodies.
State bodies of privatization perform alienation of the objects of construction in progress which are available in utility property if local government bodies delegated to state bodies of privatization appropriate authority.
Regulations of the legislation of Ukraine on privatization and local self-government are applied to questions of privatization or alienation of the objects of construction in progress which are in the state-owned or utility property, are not settled by this Law.
Physical persons and legal entities which are recognized buyers according to the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of state-owned property" can be buyers of objects of construction in progress.
