About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state part 4.3 of Article 5 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further - the code) in the following edition:
"4.3. In the cases established by this Code if the individual legal act about employment, and also about termination of the employment contract is not accepted by means of digital system of the conclusion of employment contracts, one copy of the individual legal act about employment, and also about termination of the employment contract it is handed to the worker within three days after its acceptance.".
Article 2 In article 13 of the Code:
1) to state part 3 in the following edition:
"3. Since July 1, 2027 origin, change and the termination of employment relationships shall be performed by means of digital system, except as specified, specified in parts 4 and 5 of this Article, and also regarding 2 articles 14 of this Code. Till July 1, 2027 origin, change and the termination of employment relationships can be also performed by means of digital system.";
To add 2) with part 5 of the following content:
"5. If employment relationships arise with person which is outside the Republic of Armenia (work will be performed in other place outside the Republic of Armenia), then origin, change and the termination of employment relationships with the last is not performed by means of digital system.".
Article 3.
