About modification of the Law "About Modification and Amendments in the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. State part 4 of article 17 of the Law on December 4, 2024, No. ZR-525 "About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia", in the following edition:
"4. The employment contracts signed and existing till July 1, 2027 and also the individual legal acts about employment adopted and existing till July 1, 2025 employers enter into digital system from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028 on the conditions operating at the time of input (if employment contracts were not signed, individual legal acts about employment were not adopted through digital system). The procedure for entering into digital system of the employment contracts signed and existing till July 1, 2027 and also the individual legal acts about employment adopted and existing till July 1, 2025 is established by the Government.".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provision
1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal act following from this law is accepted in six-months time from the date of, this Law following official publication.
