About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the Notification on Activities Implementation"

Article 1. Section "2.1. The AGRICULTURAL SECTOR" tables of part 2 of article 22 of the Law of November 13, 2015 "About the notification on activities implementation" (further referred to as with the Law) is cancelled No. ZR-120.
1. This law becomes effective on January 1, 2027.
2. After entry into force of this Law person having the right to be engaged in the activities which are subject to the notification "Production and sale of pesticides and agrochemicals" according to the procedure, established by the Law, can be engaged in production or sale of pesticides and agrochemicals before payment due date of the annual national tax then it shall submit the application for receipt of license for activities "Production of pesticides or agrochemicals" or "Sale of pesticides or agrochemicals".
