I. Main objectives

1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this resolution:

(a) increase in economic interest of the economic subjects which are growing up raw cotton by implementation of identical mechanisms of their financial support;

(b) ensuring financial stability of the projects directed to deep conversion of yarn, and increase in export volumes in chains of textile production.

II. Measures of further support of the companies of the cotton and textile sphere

Approve directed to increase in financial stability of cotton and textile clusters and the textile companies of the offer of the Ministry of Economics and finance, the Ministries of Agriculture, Agencies on development of light industry (further - the Agency) and Chamber of Commerce and Industry, providing:

(a) allocation by the Agency on payments in the agrarian sphere of subsidies at the expense of means of the Government budget in the amount of on 3 million sum on each hectare of land area to cotton and textile clusters and the companies which founders they are, grown up cotton in 2025 on land assigned to them (except for land transferred to the sublease), in case of confirmation by the Agency of space researches and technologies (further - the Uzbekkosmos Agency) the fact of cultivation of cotton raw by them on the contours provided by the Ministry of Agriculture;
